Eligibility

CedarCoin Play is strictly for adults. You must be at least 19 years of age in most Canadian provinces, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec, to access the sawmill. By playing Totem Carver, you confirm you meet these age requirements.

No Real Value

The virtual currency used on this site, Cedar Sap, has absolutely no real-world value. It cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for money or prizes under any circumstances.

No Real-Money Gambling

CedarCoin Play is a social casino offering simulated entertainment only. We do not offer real-money gambling. Success in Pinecone Drop or Millwheel of Spirits does not equate to future success in real-money environments.

Intellectual Property

All content within the enchanted forest, including the name CedarCoin Play, the mascot Bram, game mechanics, and visual assets, are the exclusive property of Timberland Interactive Entertainment Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Timberland Interactive Entertainment Ltd. provides the CedarCoin Play website on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any interruptions, data loss of your Cedar Sap balance, or any damages arising from your use of this free platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your time at the sawmill shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our enchanted woods or Canadian law. Continued play of Totem Carver, Pinecone Drop, or Millwheel of Spirits constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
